Care and Cleaning Tips Custom floor mats need the right care to maintain look and functionality. Go to our Tips and Floor Mat Care page for more information. Return Policy Custom floor mats items may only be returned under our warranty policy (see below) for replacement due to defective merchandise and not for any refund. In those cases, replacement shall be for same fabric and color as the original floor mat order. Since fabric and color samples are made available to the customer (see below), no replacement will be made for reasons of color or fabric taste. Since our automotive floor mats are custom crafted to fit the floor pattern of your specific model vehicle, no refunds, of any type, will be accepted. We simply cannot re-sell them. They are made specially for your vehicle. You may request a refund, less restocking fee and original shipping charge, for your order within 7 days of receiving your order, except for the following customized exclusions:
There is a 30% restocking fee on all pre-approved returned orders.

Fabric / Color Samples We recognize that photos posted on our web site may not properly reflect the exact color or subtleties of colors of a fabric we offer. For this reason, we offer FREE SAMPLES of any carpet & rubber materials that we offer. Samples are available to customer for the purpose of seeing, feeling and selecting a material or the choosing a fabric and color that will best fit your color scheme for your vehicle PRIOR to placing an order.
